Information used by the workspace

CynextGen One processes account contact details, service agreements, deliverables, feedback, uploaded files, financial records and security events to administer agency services.

Access and use

Access is limited by role, client membership and assigned work. Client portals display applicable service information and authorised commercial records. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes; authentication and financial changes are recorded for accountability.

Essential cookies

An essential session cookie keeps you signed in. This application does not include advertising trackers. Signing out or revoking sessions removes active access.

Hosting and service providers

The deployment operator configures the hosting, email provider, private file storage and malware scanner. The final policy must identify those providers and any relevant data transfers.

Retention and requests

Contact your CynextGen account manager about access, correction or deletion requests. Financial and security records may need to be retained under applicable obligations. Exact retention periods and a dedicated privacy contact must be confirmed by CynextGen LLP before launch.
